What we collect
Placeholder copy. When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and payment confirmation status. We never receive or store your full card number — that stays with our payment processor.
If you take the fertility quiz or contact support, we also store the answers and messages you send us so that our team can give you a useful reply.

How we use it

We do not sell personal data. We do not share health-related information with advertisers, insurers or employers under any circumstances.
Cookies and tracking
Placeholder copy. We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and understand which pages are useful. Analytics cookies are optional and can be declined without affecting your ability to order.

Discretion and packaging
Placeholder copy. Parcels ship in plain outer packaging with no product name, no branding and a neutral sender label. Order descriptions on bank statements are equally neutral.
How long we keep data
Placeholder copy. Order records are kept for eight years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Support conversations are kept for three years. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw them.
Your rights
Placeholder copy. You can ask for a copy of your data, correct anything inaccurate, withdraw consent for marketing, or request deletion of everything we are not legally required to keep.
